Children's Church, starring Action Kids

The Action Kids ministry is for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Action Kids meet at 10:30a.m. on Sunday mornings, and is modeled from Luke 2:52
“And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.”

This scripture has three basic truths that every child should embrace – I can trust God no matter what; I need to make the wise choice; I should treat others the way I want to be treated. Each Basic truth is amplified by a weekly concept. The strategy is based on a Core Virtue and Memory Verse as the framework for each month. The kids are broken into small groups within their current breakdown of grade levels K-1st, 2nd-3rd, 4th-5th, hoping to have a 10:2 student-teacher ratio in order to help the children apply the Basic Truths to their lives.

The goal of this ministry is to partner with parents, and tools called the Refrigerator Door and a devotional God Time will help parents and kids bring God from church to home.
