Where and when can I be baptized?

Baptism takes place after a decision to trust Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and Lord. This is done by recognizing that you are a sinner, repenting and turning away from that sin, believing that God send His Son to die for our sins, and then ask Jesus Christ into your heart and life.

At Chilhowee Hills, baptism takes places as soon as possible after a believer's conversion. After an interview with a pastor, a time will be set, usually on a Sunday morning, for the baptism in the CHBC baptismal pool. The believer will videotape a short testimony that will be played before the congregation just before the baptism takes place.
